Nando’s is the undisputed expert in heat, so its first fashion collection had to bring the fire. We created The Extra Hot Drop, a limited-edition apparel capsule collection that used thermochromic inks to change colour when things got hot. Sustainably made and packed with signature Nando’s details, it became an instant sellout.

The collection featured a carefully curated selection tees, jumpers, socks, and bucket hats, each available in colourways inspired by Nando’s famous spice levels: Extra Hot, Hot, Medium, Lemon & Herb, and Plainish. To bring the drop to life, we teamed up with Gen-Z TikTok stars, capturing the playful energy of the brand while showing off the collection’s heat-reactive magic.

From till receipt clothing labels to menu-inspired packaging, every detail celebrated Nando’s identity. The collection sold out in under 30 minutes, driving brand fame with widespread earned media and sparking a wave of social buzz, becoming one of Nando’s most talked about campaigns ever - solidifying it’s place as a much-loved and hype-worthy brand for its Gen-Z audience.

Highlights – Selling out in the first 30 minutes, the drop generating major press coverage including Hypebae, Time Out, Complex, The Evening Standard and The Sun, while also achieving record-breaking Instagram engagement.
