We created Be My Boo, our Maniphest AI-powered image generator that turns selfies into gloriously romantic, deeply ridiculous portraits. Playful, stylish, and instantly shareable, it became the ultimate digital Valentine’s keepsake for hundreds of thousands of people.

Designed to be quick, fun, and endlessly replayable, Be My Boo invited users to upload a selfie, choose from four themes including old school, classy, fantasy, or roleplay, and receive a personalised, AI fuelled Valentine’s card in seconds. Whether it was high romance or full-on absurdity, every result felt like it belonged in a love story of its own.

AI was only part of the magic. To ensure every card looked great and captured the right mix of humour and nostalgia, we pre-generated thousands of images before merging them seamlessly with user selfies, built with privacy at its core. The result was a viral sensation shared across nearly every country on Earth, making Valentine’s Day more fun, more hilarious, and definitely more memorable.

Highlights – Over one million images were generated by 241,000 unique users, shared globally, with each user spending an average of four minutes on the site.
