In an ambitious debut for our new partnership with the UK’s number one property website, Rightmove, we went big. Combining the power of AI with the iconic Rightmove brand, we created a spectacular digital brand experience where people could take a selfie, pick their theme and generate their most outrageous dream homes.

Our goal was to demonstrate Rightmove’s unmatched catalogue of homes in a fun, shareable experience. Through the unbelievable range of fantastic homes that can be generated, we communicated how there really is a home for everyone in a fun, tongue-in-cheek kind of way, bringing to life Rightmove’s brand line ‘Believe it’.

Powering the experience is our groundbreaking, custom-built AI engine called Maniphest. Developed in-house by Phantom to generate high-quality, brand-aligned images at a massive scale – no mean feat in itself – Maniphest combines cutting-edge AI generation models with our proprietary face-swapping technology to seamlessly embed the user in unique AI-generated images.

To enable users to personalise their experience, we created four categories – each containing three subcategories – to choose from. Using AI not just to generate images, but to filter and sort them into categories based on their aesthetic and quality is a breakthrough AI workflow, helping communicate Rightmove as a dynamic, innovative brand at the forefront of technology.
