Hello I’m Paul, I work as a front end developer because I like to create things! In the end building a website is like making a table. I also like good design, a beautiful website isn’t some kind of art? Even better, it can be interactive art! I also spend some time doing black and white photography, and I also love good music (who doesn’t?). I like to play piano and guitar as well. And I also like to live abroad, because I like change. Otherwise I don’t like chocolate.
Looking back, what is the most obvious sign from your childhood that pointed to your future career?
My father is in IT, also I’ve always been interested in computers, I started to code at around 12 years old I would say. During all my studies I was convinced I would never work in IT, and here I am!
What do you listen to on your commute?
I have a playlist with mainly chill/piano music, that’s what I need in the tube (Nils Frahm, Sigur ros, Max Richter, Olafur Arnalds, Chopin, Agnes Obel, the XX, Mogwai, Bob Dylan…).
The worst movie you’ve ever seen
There are soooooooooo many I’m kind of picky. Well almost all movies they give us in cinemas nowadays. I think the last very bad one I’ve seen is The Purge.
Who could you listen to forever?
Only one? Really? Nils Frahm.
If you were a car, which car would you be/if you had to travel in one car forever, what would it be?
Red vintage beetle, I hope one day I’ll have one.
